# 赎回FIL

首先赎回您存入的 FIL 需要确保 FIT 在您的钱包中，如果您在农场中质押了FIT，则需要先解除FIT质押。

然后，点击“赎回”按钮，进入赎回页面。接着，输入要赎回的 FIT 数量，系统会根据实时的 FIL/FIT 汇率计算出您将获得的 FIL 数量。您可以在文本框下方看到预计获得的 FIL 数量。

要继续赎回操作，只需点击“确认”并签署相应的交易。

 注意`：在赎回时，相应数量的 FIT 将从您的钱包中销毁。`
