# Dividend QnA (FIG Staking)

**1. Where do the staking dividends come from?**

The **source of staking dividends** is the **protocol revenue generated by the Filliquid platform**. This revenue comes from:

* **1% interest fee from SP (Storage Providers) when borrowing FIL**.
* **0.1% conversion fee when users swap FIT to FIL**.
* **Once the dividend pool accumulates 200 FIL, a new dividend round is automatically triggered.**

**2. How often are dividends triggered?**

Dividends are triggered **automatically** every time the dividend pool accumulates **200 FIL** from protocol revenue.

* If the pool doesn’t reach 200 FIL during your staking period, no dividends will be distributed.
* If multiple triggers occur during your staking period, you will receive multiple dividend distributions.
