# Transaction Fees

FILLiquid employs two transaction fees on the protocol:

1. Storage Providers pay a 1% transaction fee when borrowing FIL from the FILLiquid liquidity pool
2. Staking users pay a 0.1% transaction fee when FIT is used to redeem/withdraw FIL from the ecosystem.

All transaction fees are denominated in FIL.
